Sandstone

Is a lightweight stone that is formed from ocean floors or low-lying areas like lakes which get centuries of deposits of mostly sand particles and other minerals, eventually these minerals get placed under high pressure beneath the earth’s crust, pushing all the particles together. Sandstone is great for outdoor use and very resistant to the elements. Sandstone is generally porous and will require regular sealing.
